Cancellation policy

Serein Arc does not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, try-before-you-buy, or other recurring or deferred purchase options.

Standard orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched in accordance with our Terms of Service. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy applies.

If we offer products with special purchase options in the future, the applicable cancellation terms will be clearly provided before the purchase is completed.
