By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies applicable to your order, including our Shipping Policy, Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Mandatory consumer protection legislation always takes precedence over any provision in these Terms that would provide you with fewer rights.
Products
Serein Arc is a retailer of curated jewellery.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, material information, measurements, images and prices are accurate.
Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions and device.
Minor variations between individual products may occur and do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
We reserve the right to change our product range, product information and availability.
Orders and Purchases
When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Please review your order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel an order where, for example, there is an obvious pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, or a product unexpectedly cannot be supplied.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been completed, the amount paid will be refunded.
Products purchased from Serein Arc are intended for personal use unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market from which the customer is shopping.
Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT where VAT is required to be charged.
Any shipping costs are displayed before the purchase is completed.
The final amount displayed at checkout before payment is the amount applicable to the order, taking into account applicable discounts, shipping costs and taxes.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by the payment providers displayed during checkout. The relevant payment provider’s own terms may also apply to the payment service itself.
Discounts and Promotions
Discounts, promotional codes and automatic offers may be subject to specific conditions, such as a minimum order value, validity period, market, customer group or restrictions on eligible products.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts may not always be combined with other offers.
The discount that is successfully displayed and applied at checkout is the discount applicable to the order.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue future promotions. Such changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders from Sweden.
Available delivery countries, shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and at checkout.

Delivery dates and delivery times are estimates. If a delivery is delayed, you retain the rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where Serein Arc arranges the delivery partner, we remain responsible for the shipment during transit until the goods come into the customer’s possession, in accordance with applicable law.
If your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us and we will help you with the matter.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may in certain circumstances cancel it through your customer account or by contacting us.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once it has been processed for delivery.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may instead exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy and applicable law.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For distance purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Information about how to exercise your right of withdrawal, return shipping, refunds, exchanges and applicable exceptions is available in our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
You may also use the available return and cancellation functions through your customer account where these functions are provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory right of withdrawal.
Defective Goods and Complaints
If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what was agreed, you have the rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Contact us at hello@sereinarc.se and provide your order number together with a description of the issue. Photos may help us handle your case more quickly.
A complaint concerning a defective product is different from a standard return made under the right of withdrawal.
For an approved complaint, the customer will not be required to cover necessary costs associated with handling or returning the defective product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective goods or complaints.
Customer Accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order or using your customer account is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and should contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may restrict or close access to an account if it is used for fraud, unlawful activity, or in a way that could harm the website, other customers or Serein Arc.

The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, circumvent security functions, distribute malicious software, automatically collect personal information about others, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

We may update these Terms when necessary, for example due to changes in our business, services or applicable regulations.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version that was in effect when your order was completed.
Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to purchase agreements that have already been concluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and purchases from Serein Arc are governed by Swedish law.
However, this choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you normally reside.
We always aim to resolve any issue directly with the customer.
Swedish consumers may in certain circumstances refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
Consumers in other EU countries may contact their national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre for guidance.
Disputes will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable rules.
